We are seeking a Data Analyst with a passion for uncovering insights, shaping data stories, and enabling data-driven decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality analytics solutions, create impactful dashboards, and translate business needs into actionable metrics. Your work will empower stakeholders across the organization with self-serve analytics, robust datasets, and clear visualizations.

About the role
- Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and define analytics outcomes.
- Analyzing, cleaning, and transforming raw data into actionable insights and clear visualizations.
- Building and maintaining dashboards and reports to enable efficient, exploratory analysis.
- Creating and maintaining accurate, consumable datasets to support analytics needs.
- Tracking and reporting key metrics to drive business outcomes.
- Advocating for data quality, governance, and scalable data management practices across the organization.
- Running workshops and presenting findings to senior business and IT stakeholders.
- Working closely with data engineers to enhance data pipelines and the data warehouse.
- Staying up to date with new technologies and analytics methodologies.
About you
- Demonstrable experience transforming raw data into impactful business insights.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with analytics and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Superset).
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards and data visualizations.
- Programming experience with Python and/or Scala is a plus.
- Strong business acumen and ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with senior business and IT stakeholders.
- Fast learner, self-starter, and intellectually curious.
- Commitment to data quality and continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English.
- Nice to have: Experience with machine learning, open-source contributions, or relevant business domains.
- Successfully pass an extended background check.
