About the Job
Are you a dynamic and solutions focused Business/Continuous Improvement Professional looking to join a global ASX listed blue chip organisation and take the next step in your career?
This is a newly created role and requires a hands-on approach to drive business excellence and continuous improvement projects that improve the productivity of our assets and deliver value to our customers through a combination of process improvement and technology-based solutions. In this role you will work closely with multiple cross-functional teams to refine our processes and accelerate best practices across our supply chain network in APAC. Based at our brand-new Macquarie Park office, this role reports to the Senior Manager, Asset Productivity.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Identify value creation/optimisation opportunities to improve productivity
- Provide analytics and insights to support strategic and operational decision making, and in doing so, influence improved performance and commercial decisions
- Provide expertise and best practice solutions to local leadership teams to Identify key areas of risk and opportunity for improvement and deliver innovative solutions
- Provide solutions that help the customer effectively and efficiently manage CHEP assets, delivering value to the customer and improving their experience
- Represent APAC by providing input into the delivery of global projects, ensuring that the project delivers a product suitable for the APAC region
- Continuously evaluate systems and processes to improve business efficiencies
