What you will do:

• Executive Assistant to our CEO and higher leadership, organizing the agenda and taking care of communication
• Firm gatekeeper of executive’s agenda and balancing of conflicting priorities and meetings
• Manage end-to-end travel arrangements
• Core administrative tasks and managing the email box of the CEO
• Handle highly confidential information and make good judgment calls
• Planning of trips, meetings and events
• Support with logistics, IT and office management tasks
• Draft communication and slide decks for/on behalf of leadership if necessary
• Point of contact of C-suite and internal teams

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or supporting C-level leadership, ideally in growing tech companies
• Technical Tools: you know your way around tools and tech such as Apple, notion, office, travelperk and Gsuite. Experience with Hubspot would be considered a plus
• Full fluency in English and Spanish is a must
• Highly effective communication skills, in written and verbal
• Humbleness: you’re decisive in your actions and have no fear to communicate in a high pressure setting but you are oke with not being in the spotlight
• Growth mindset: you're always looking for opportunities to improve and grow. You’re proactive and ambitious, as well as practical
