The Senior HR Project Manager, Organizational Effectiveness position is for an execution-minded team player who excels in cross-functional project management and enjoys simultaneously working on a diverse range of HR and organizational effectiveness topics. Working closely with Medevio’s Global HR Leader, team of HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Expertise and other teams, this role is integral to the successful coordination and implementation of global and US HR projects, cyclical HR programs, employee engagement, talent, learning & development and DEI initiatives. In addition, the role will lead HR process and systems improvements initiatives for Medevio which are a key success factor for the team, and help strengthen our ability to use data (e.g. through dashboards and thoughtful KPI
