As a Senior Marketing Manager, you'll drive strategic initiatives that elevate brand visibility across multiple franchises!
This is a position based in Billund - alternatively Copenhagen. No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
Core Responsibilities
As our new Senior Marketing Manager, you'll lead efforts to enhance LEGO®’s Interactive Platform by:
Developing and leading cross-franchise campaign strategies aligned with strategic goals.
Managing campaign resources, including budget planning and team coordination.
Overseeing the creation and delivery of consistent, high-quality marketing assets.
Collaborating with franchise teams and our LEGO Agency for seamless integration.
Analyzing campaign performance to optimize strategies and improve return on investment.
Driving innovation using data-driven insights and telemetry from the platform.

The Team:
The Interactive Platform Marketing Team drives some our most innovative play platforms, blending creativity, consumer insights, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be part of a passionate team that values curiosity, co-creation, and a deep commitment to delivering exceptional play experiences. Your role supports the broader organization by ensuring our product storytelling, positioning, and go-to-market execution are consistent and impactful.
The Role:
Lead the development and execution of cross-franchise marketing campaigns for the LEGO Interactive Play Platform, driving strategic initiatives that improve brand visibility and engagement across multiple franchises.
Do you have what it takes?
Extensive experience in marketing, with a proven track record in leading complex, integrated campaigns across multiple markets.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and partners, encouraging alignment and synergy.
Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance and deriving actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to innovate and adapt marketing strategies in a dynamic environment.
Nice to have:
Experience in the toy or entertainment industry, particularly with interactive or digital products.
Familiarity with LEGO's operating model and strategic initiatives.
Understanding of global marketing trends and the ability to apply them to franchise-specific contexts.
Strong understanding of the LEGO brand and its strategic goals, particularly in relation to cross-franchise initiatives.
