POSITION SUMMARY
As the PMO Manager, you are responsible for defining and maintaining the company’s standards throughout the process of each project’s growth and implementation. You will supervise the work of all Project Management Office staff and oversee every project produced by the office. You will assign resources properly, plan projects before implementing them, and delegate tasks to team members. You will ensure project managers are working closely with the budget and with project policies, processes, and guidelines to ensure delivery to specification while maintaining customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Manage the workflow, resources, output, and schedule of the department.
- Continuously improve project management processes and team members’ development.
- Develop and maintain tool(s) for tracking the progress, risks, and Key Performance Indicators (Material Cost, Labor, On Time Delivery) of each project.
- Collaborate with the dealer network to ensure timing and commitments are met for each project.
- Produce reports (financial, KPI, etc.) for senior managers and stakeholders.
- Write performance reviews and work with HR to address worker related issues as they occur.
- Keep everyone safe by enforcing all employees to follow strict safety guidelines and have a clean work environment.
- Sustain the Quality management System with required departmental standards.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by management to meet the needs of the company.
Qualifications

Knowledge, Education, and/or Experience:
- High school diploma required.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, engineering, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of Project Management experience required.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience preferred.
- 3+ years supervisory experience preferred
