The team plays a crucial role in enabling faster time-to-market while maintaining high quality. This position involves contributing to the continuous modernization of the platform, with a focus on self-service pipelines and ephemeral environments. The ideal candidate is passionate about Continuous Delivery and platform development, with a strong background in supporting complex software systems and an eagerness to drive efficiency in software delivery processes.</p> <p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and enhance CarGurus' Pipeline-as-a-Service utilizing Go and Java.</li> <li>Expand the development environment infrastructure to provide ephemeral, hermetic environments.</li> <li>Scale the production CI/CD infrastructure to accommodate future demands.</li> <li>Manage and enforce governance strategies that promote environmental parity across services and artifacts and ensure high quality.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you'll bring</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience as a professional Software Engineer working with Golang, Java or similar languages</li> <li>Proficiency with containerization and cloud environments.</li> <li>Knowledge in configuration management for distributed systems across multiple environments.</li> <li>Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
