Staff Pharmacist - Retail, North County North Adams Regional Hospital - Variable Shifts, Per Diem

Job Summary

Under the general supervision of the Pharmacy Manager, and in compliance with all applicable departmental policies, standards and regulatory requirements, prepare medications and other pharmaceuticals for dispensing to patients of the Medical Center, it's clinics and all employees and family members of the Medical Center. Researches and communicates drug information to physicians, nurses and health care personnel, patients and families.

Experience

• One year of retail/hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• Experience with multiple pharmacy computer software.
• Patient counseling and OTC counseling.

Education

• B.S. in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy or university or higher degree required.

License & Certifications

• Licensed MA Pharmacist
