Lynco Products, a leading distributor, manufacturer, and importer of consumer goods, is seeking a full-time Industrial Designer to join our in-house creative team in Rock Island, IL. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, product-focused environment and is passionate about bringing physical CPG products to life-from concept through production.

Key Responsibilities:

            •           Conceptualize and develop innovative product designs for consumer goods across multiple categories.

            •           Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and purchasing to ensure design feasibility.

            •           Create high-quality sketches, 3D models, renderings, animations, and presentations to communicate design intent.

            •           Apply design thinking principles to solve user experience and aesthetic challenges.

            •           Contribute to packaging and merchandising concepts that align with product design.

            •           Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency.

Qualifications:

            •           Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or a related field.

            •           1-3 years of experience in industrial design, product development, or related roles (coursework and internships may count toward experience).

            •           Proficiency in 3D modeling software (SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360, etc.) and Adobe Creative Suite.

            •           Experience using Keyshot to render high-quality images and animations.

            •           Strong sketching, ideation, and visualization skills.

            •           Understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.

            •           Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to iterate quickly.

            •           Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
