Staff Product Designer, Product Platform
VantaAbout the role
At Vanta, our mission is to secure the internet and protect consumer data. We achieve this by empowering companies to adopt better security practices and demonstrate them effortlessly. Security should be continuously monitored and verified, and at Vanta, we are committed to making that process straightforward. Vanta operates as a collaborative, remote-first company and values alignment with our core principles.
We are seeking a B2B Staff Product Designer to join our Product Platform team. In this role, you'll focus on designing intuitive and scalable platform-wide features, such as collaboration tools (comments, tasks, ownership), notifications, access management, and billing. These features are essential for providing consistent experiences across our Vanta products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in crafting high-impact B2B SaaS features with a consumer-grade level of quality, delivering substantial value to customers. You thrive in complex and ambiguous environments, taking the lead in shaping strategies to enhance and streamline customer experiences. Your experience includes translating customer needs and technical challenges into successful business outcomes through effective collaboration with Product Management and Engineering.
You have a history of influencing design across organizations by creating well-crafted, shareable experiences that your design peers easily adopt. While experience in security is a plus, it is not required, as many successful team members at Vanta have come from diverse backgrounds.
The Experience Design organization champions our customers by creating and delivering efficient consumer grade experiences through our trust management platform. We aim to earn their trust and contribute to a more secure internet. By providing valuable solutions, we empower Vanta to grow as a business. Our role is vital to the company’s strategic direction, and you will have a significant impact on our product development.
You will report to a Design Director within the Experience Design Organization.
