Job Summary:
This role includes managing the Learning Management System (LMS), coordinating training content, scheduling training sessions, and all user-facing training support. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a strong focus on customer service, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a strong attention to detail.
- Manage programs and learners in the LMS.
- Maintain training records and ensure accurate reporting of training activities.
- Provide administrative support for training programs, including content preparation and final delivery.
- Troubleshoot issues related to training delivery and LMS.
- Assign training to employees and track their progress.
- Schedule training sessions and coordinate resources, including planning dry runs, booking venues, arranging equipment, and preparing printed materials.
- Communicate with trainers and participants to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials, including job aids, demo videos, e-learnings, webinars, and quick reference guides.
- Support the creation, execution, and analysis of training surveys to gather feedback and improve training programs.
- Prepare reports on training activities, attendance, survey feedback, and outcomes for management review.
- As business needs dictate, works extended hours to complete daily department goals or tasks to include mandatory overtime.
Travel: 5% travel maximum
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning content creation tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues related to training delivery.
Work Environment:
- Prolonged sitting in front of a computer
Experience:
- Previous experience in a training coordination or administrative role is preferred.
- Project management experience is preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field; or equivalent experience.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $42,943.00 and $ 57,257.00 per year and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
