Job Summary:
Coordinates documents and gathers and inputs data related to assigned administrative support duties for a team, department, function or other organizational leader/group. Performs activities under a moderate degree of supervision.

Will make an impact in the following ways:
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and address routine information requests.
- Gather, compile, verify, and accurately enter data into documents, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Assist with correspondence, scheduling meetings, arranging conference calls, and receiving visitors.
- Prepare and submit documentation for vendor, supplier, and third-party payments; respond to related inquiries.
- Support departmental business improvement projects and maintain policies and procedures.
- Cross-train in areas such as customer parts and service invoicing, deliveries, fleet management, and HSE inspections to support business continuity.
In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Some work experience or intermediate-level knowledge in administrative support, data entry, or office operations.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, and office software.Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn and cross-train in multiple departmental functions. Commitment to accountability, customer focus, and safety in the workplace.
Transcribes, type, format and proof reads a variety of material (e.g., correspondence, invoices, contracts, meeting minutes, reports, speeches, and presentations) using word processing, presentation, graphics and spreadsheet software.
Uses office equipment such as photocopiers, faxes and printers.
Performs other administrative tasks according to established guidelines and procedures so these activities are completed accurately and on time. Activities may include distributing incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail, filing, maintaining office supplies or other inventory.
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
