We are more than 121,000 professionals working in multidisciplinary teams with profiles as diverse as financiers, legal experts, data scientists, developers, engineers and designers.</p><p></p><p><b>About the job:</b></p><p></p>TASKS:<ul><li>Preparation of responses to supervisory authorities of claims and complaints submitted by clients</li><li>Manage the Banks position in the alternative <span>dispute resolution</span> procedures</li><li>Internal management of litigations affecting the Bank and coordination with external law firms</li><li>Supervision and legal support to the back office team dealing with clients' claims and complains</li><li>Legal support to the Banks internal functions in the management of audits and judicial investigations, foreclosures and seizure orders</li><li>Legal support in the management of clients' testamentary files</li><li>Preparation of periodic reports for corporate bodies and control functions in relation to the areas of competence</li><li>Monitoring the evolution of regulations and jurisprudence that may affect the areas of competence</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills:</b></p><p></p>Legal Cases, Legal Issues, Legal Services
