Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

The ideal candidate is a self-starter and detail-oriented person that thrives in collaborative environments. Prior administrative work experience is preferred but not required. You will be guided under the mentorship of the Director of Staffing and will have the opportunity to grow within our company and learn about catering, fine-dining, and the fast-paced wedding industry. This role will span over the fall 2025 wedding season with opportunity for growth within the company and off-season work.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Typing up, formatting, and printing stationary for our weddings and events.
• Printing and assembling paperwork for our staff.
• Creating and printing various labels and stickers.
• Data entry for pre-event and post-event paperwork.

Qualifications

• We're looking for individuals with the with computer comprehension and skills, especially with using Microsoft Word & Excel.
• They must be proficient or better in English, especially reading and writing.

Scheduling

• All work will be done in-person at our office in Lansdowne, PA.
• Work will be conducted Monday - Friday during business hours, but the exact hours are flexible as long as the work is completed on time.
• The hourly rate is $17/hr.
• Your total hours per week will run on average between 30-40 hours during busy season (ends in November) and 10-20 hours during the off-season.
