Job Description

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' networks. You will be part of a team of 10 Engineers, have the focus on handlings challenging cases and tasks that require advanced technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incidents and problem management tasks related to the client's network infrastructure.
• Perform maintenance tasks such as patching and upgrading various platforms
• Be involved in out-of-business-hours planned changes and provide standby on-call service as required
• Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to ensure that client requirements are met
• Utilize your technical skills in Citrix NetScaler Load Balancer, routing and switching (Arista and Cisco), proxy, and firewalls (Check Point) , Wireless cisco DNA and Infoblox
• Apply automation capabilities to streamline network operations
• Proactive mindset, can-do attitude, take initiatives and responsibility, and think outside the box to come up with innovative solutions
• Develop your skills and knowledge by staying up-to-date with new technologies and industry best practices
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure successful Tasks outcomes
• Provide excellent customer service and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous and up to date experience in network operation center (NOC Level2, Level3) environment (min 5 years)
• Strong technical skills in multiple Network areas that include Citrix NetScaler, and at least one more technology of the given: routing and switching (Arista and Cisco), proxy, and firewalls (Check Point), IPAM, DNS, Cisco DNA ( Wireless ), infoblox
• Knowledge of automation capabilities is desirable
• Demonstrates a proactive mindset, embracing challenges with enthusiasm and a positive approach, and exhibiting a willingness to learn and adapt to new concepts
• Ability to work well in a team environment and take responsibility for your work
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders
• Willingness to work out-of-business-hours and be on-call as required.

Additional Information

• Coming to the Warsaw office if needed or for integration but mainly remote
• Type of contract: B2B
