Minimum Requirements:                

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and one year of administrative experience. 

A master’s degree from an accredited college or university can substitute for the required one year experience.  Administrative or clerical experience can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education.

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Knowledge of administrative principles and practices, office procedures, methods of data collection, principles and techniques of effective communication; proficiency in standard business formats for letters and forms, along with accurate spelling, grammar, and punctuation, is essential; expert knowledge in Microsoft Excel

Ability to operate general office equipment, and analyze data; use methods for correct spelling, apply relevant rules and policies, and use problem -solving skills to address challenges; implement strong organizational skills, and foster positive and collaborative working relationships.

  • Assist with special assignments.
