🌟 Help Patients Navigate the Financial Side of Healthcare—with Confidence and Compassion 

As a Patient Access Associate – Financial Clearance, you play a key role in helping patients feel informed, prepared, and supported before they receive care. 

From scheduling appointments and verifying insurance to explaining financial responsibility and collecting payments, you help create a smooth experience from start to finish. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly helps prevent delays, reduce confusion, and ensure patients can focus on what matters most—their care. 

You’ll work closely with patients, providers, and care teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment where accuracy, empathy, and teamwork make all the difference. 

💼 What You’ll Do 

  • Schedule patient appointments and coordinate registrations  

  • Verify insurance coverage, eligibility, and demographic information  

  • Create and update patient accounts accurately and efficiently  

  • Collect and scan required documentation, including IDs, insurance cards, and authorizations  

  • Explain copays, balances, estimates, and financial responsibility to patients  

  • Collect point-of-service payments and support financial assistance processes when needed  

  • Resolve registration and work queue errors in a timely manner  

  • Communicate updates clearly with providers and internal teams

📋 Minimum Requirement
