Senior Mobile app Developer, Commercial Channels and Products

Ypto is searching for a seasoned mobile app Developer to spearhead our Mobile Team's efforts. With a minimum of 8 years under your belt, you've mastered the nuances of mobile development, creating impactful applications on both iOS and Android platforms. Your expertise in React Native and BFF (Backend For Frontend) will be instrumental in driving our mobile initiatives to new horizons, fostering cutting-edge, efficient, and user-centric solutions.

Your responsibilities:

• Mobile Development : Take charge of our React Native projects, developing sophisticated mobile applications for iOS and Android, ensuring top-tier user experience and consistency.
• Performance Oversight : Lead the evaluation and optimization of mobile application performance, ensuring streamlined operation and reliability across various devices.
• BFF Integration Mastery : Work in tandem with the backend team, integrating mobile applications with BFF to ensure data coherence and prompt synchronization.
• Design Collaboration : Translate intricate UI/UX designs into fluid, high-quality mobile interfaces, setting standards and guidelines for junior developers.
• Cross-Platform Strategy : Ensure optimal functionality and refinement across different devices and operating systems, troubleshooting any platform-centric issues.
• Continued Advancement : Spearhead the adaptation of emerging trends in React Native and mobile development, promoting a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Testing & Assurance Leadership : Establish benchmarks and practices using React Native-specific testing tools to guarantee robustness and top-tier performance of applications.
• Communication & Mentorship : Provide regular project insights, proactively address challenges, and cultivate an open dialogue culture. Mentor junior developers, imparting your vast knowledge and expertise.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in React Native development, with a portfolio of sophisticated mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Experience in Objective-C is a plus
• Expertise in the seamless integration of mobile applications with BFF solutions.
• Comprehensive understanding of mobile application frameworks, life cycles, trends, and the newest technologies.
• Mastery of tools and frameworks inherent to React Native, and version control tools such as GIT.
• Demonstrated ability in performance optimization techniques, ensuring fluid operation across diverse mobile devices and OS versions.
• Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies, emphasizing leadership, collaboration, and rapid, iterative progress.
• Ability to work synergistically with cross-functional teams, possessing a mentoring spirit and the eagerness to share insights.
• Unyielding drive for excellence, aiming to raise the bar in user experience and application efficacy continuously.
• Good multitasking skills, with the ability to navigate high-pressure situations and adapt in a swiftly changing environment.
• Fluency in Dutch or French and English is essential.
