The Role

As a Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer, you will create and leverage a variety of data sources to develop analytics, dashboards, and visualization tools to help drive critical business decisions.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Develop beautiful, rich, and informative dashboards (Sigma) to aid in fast and robust decision making across the organization
• Adopt an Analytics as Code mindset for development in our ecosystem through the development of data pipelines (SQL, DBT, and GIT)
• Work directly with the business to define metrics and manage their development end-to-end, from source data understanding to centralized data modeling and reporting outputs
• Lead organization to self-serve and enable teams by building robust analytical tables
• Work with teams from across the business to execute on data and analytics needs by driving tactical and strategic opportunities

We’re looking for people who have:

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or related field, or equivalent industry experience
• 3+ years of proven experience as a data analyst, data engineer, or BI engineer
• Strong SQL skills
• Prior experience modeling data to drive analytics 
• Strong experience in Tableau, Looker, or Mode
• Ability to communicate and drive for solutions to complex and abstract problems 
• Effectively communicate and seek to understand and be understood
• Experience working with Data Engineering or Data Architecture teams
• Experience with Sigma a plus
• Experience with Salesforce a plus
• Experience with Revenue, Sales, Finance analytics a strong plus
• Experience with DBT and GIT to model Analytics as Code a strong plus

💰Salary & Equity: In this role, you’ll receive a starting salary of $140,000-$160,000 as well as stock options
