Currently we’re on the lookout for a Site Reliability Engineer who will join our Engineering Team in Poland (Poznań). We have over 50 people on board here, including the other 2 SREs, so if you are a team player, we’ve got you covered. 

 

In this role you will:

• Work with the team to define reliability goals and ensure the Nobl9 platform meets them

• Maintain and improve release engineering practices

• Deliver and maintain monitoring and O11y framework used by other engineering teams

• Own projects and run with them with minimal supervision, including collaboration with the engineering team

• Act as an escalation point for incidents

• Define our Infrastructure as Code

• Develop and maintain automation tools and systems to streamline operations and reduce manual toil.

 

Here are the qualities we’d like you to possess:

• Experience managing Kubernetes 

• Experience working with AWS, GCP or other cloud providers

• Good command of CI tools (e.g. Jenkins or GitHub Actions) and deployment pipelines

• Practical knowledge of programming in scripting languages (Bash/Python), if you code in Go, we will welcome you with open arms 

• Knowledge of configuration automation tools like Terraform or Ansible

• Being a Linux enthusiast

• Outstanding communication skills in both Polish and English

• Basic knowledge of security and compliance

• Problem-solving attitude

• Experience in incident response management will be a plus.
