Sr. Associate, Service Operations Analyst

<p></p><p>ROLE SUMMARY</p><p>The Global Information Security (GIS) organization delivers proactive cyber defense for the global Pfizer enterprise. This role requires the individual to embrace an agile work environment and demonstrate a collaborative mindset, adaptability to change, and a proactive approach to problem solving.</p><p>In this role, we are looking for emerging talent to ensure seamless execution, operations, and compliance of Global Cybersecurity Engineering services.  The Sr. Associate, Service Operations Analyst is a hands-on role which will develop processes, templates, workflow, compliance records, analytics, and automations to ensure end to end reliability, continuity and consistency of our services to protect Pfizer.</p><p>For Pfizer, we look for candidates that are motivated, self-learning, and team-oriented individuals. From a technical perspective, an ideal candidate would have the skills shown below, but candidates that possess a strong subset and an attitude towards self-development &amp; growth will be considered.</p><p></p><p>ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES </p><p>This role will have the following primary responsibilities, but will often act under the support and direction of the Sr. Manager, Service Operations Lead:</p><ul><li>Establish processes, templates, and workflows for service execution across the Global Cybersecurity Engineering services.</li><li>Create and maintain compliance and audit related records.</li><li>Communicate the Global Information Security mission and Global Cybersecurity Engineering services to diverse users.</li><li>Act as the analytics lead for the Service Operations team.</li><li>Create analytics from transactional logs from Global Cybersecurity Engineering solutions to provide visibility to support operational monitoring and policy analysis.</li><li>Develop operational reporting to assess efficiencies, service patterns and trends.</li><li>Develop analytics/analyze data to improve situational awareness and make informed decisions.</li><li>Develop automations to eliminate manual repetitive tasks and allow time for more meaningful work.</li><li>Assume automation responsibilities in the Service Operations team.</li><li>Manage small to medium security enhancement and remediation projects.</li><li>Demonstrate commitment to training, self-study and maintaining proficiency in the technical cyber security domain.</li><li>Demonstrate effective oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills as well as organizational and planning abilities.</li></ul><p></p><p>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS </p><ul><li>BS in Computer Sciences, Information Security, Information Systems, Engineering, Sciences, or related field.</li><li>3+ years of experience.</li><li>Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.</li><li>Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to prioritize and execute with minimal direction or oversight.</li><li>Concise, accurate communication skills (both verbal and written).</li><li>Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.</li><li>Demonstrated commitment to training, self-study and maintaining proficiency in the technical cyber security domain.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in an agile work environment possessing qualities such as a collaborative mindset, adaptability to change, and a proactive problem-solving approach.</li></ul><p></p><p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</p><ul><li>Experience with compliance frameworks, quality assurance and audit processes.</li><li>Experience creating workflows and templates in Confluence/JIRA.</li><li>Experience with agile ways of work, Scrum framework and Scrum Master role.</li><li>Experience performing raw data analysis using a log repository or SIEM.</li><li>Experience developing automated workflows using a graphical user interface solution.</li><li>Experience developing Tableau reports or other BI tool.</li><li>Experience developing python scripts for data collection and automation use cases.</li></ul><p></p><p>   LI#PFE</p><p></p><p></p><p><u>Purpose</u> </p><p>Breakthroughs that change patients' lives...
