ING Bank Romania is an universal bank with more than 1.8 million customers from three business segments: individuals (retail), SME and Mid-Corporate companies and Wholesale Banking.</span></span></p><p><span><span> </span></span></p><p><span><span>Join us!</span></span></p><p><span><span> </span></span></p><p><span><span><b>Mission</b></span></span></p><p><span><span> </span></span></p><p><span><span>As a Sr. Product Manager you will account, articulate and oversee the delivery of a clear CC2.0 platform products and/or services vision and roadmap that can be continuously delivered in an Agile fashion and adds value to ING Bank Romania and its customers.</span></span></p><p><span><span> </span></span></p><p><span><span><b>Your Day to Day</b></span></span></p><p><span><span> </span></span></p><ul><li><span><span>Define product and/or service strategy and implementation in ING Romania.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Prepare business-cases and use-cases on what type of product and/or service framework is suitable for ING customer and in-depth analysis solution performance.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Work closely with business operations to convert requirements into system solutions and collaborate with development teams to ensure delivery of highly scalable and available systems.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Develop system flow diagrams to automate a business function and identify impacted systems; metrics to depict the cost benefit analysis of the solutions developed.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Experience in analyzing with agent to train for the product and/or service.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Work closely with the project stakeholders to gather technical requirements, understand issues, and present architectural solutions and guidance.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Work with analysts and architecture colleagues to prepare solution architecture definitions and architectural documentation that will be reviewed and approved by peers and relevant stakeholders.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Ensure that the solutions to individual projects and problems align with the overall architectural roadmap.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Articulating the product vision and product roadmap.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Management of the product and/or service backlog, including prioritization of stories to maximize business value.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Determining sprint goals and user story acceptance criteria.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Guiding teams through analysis of risks and issues to inform options.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Defining product and/or service KPIs and manages cadences of outcome reporting.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Ensuring the development team understands the items in the backlog and their business value.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Validating that the solution and built functionality meets the vision.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Proactively engaging with business and technology teams to identify and evaluate product opportunities and implications.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Managing the product backlog, prioritize according to business value and lead agile delivery squads to translate backlog items into customer journeys.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Understanding the fundamental technologies driving the competitive landscape and have a vision on how to leverage in-house and licensed technology to accelerate time to market.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Developing metrics, systems, and processes continuously to measure the effectiveness of the experiences we're delivering and be able to identify future opportunities.</span></span></
