Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of strategy and operations for the EBS System at Beyond, Inc.
• Manage the ERP team including Developers, Testers, Business Analysts, and DBA’s and System Administrators.
• End to end ownership of overseeing an upgrade the current ERP solution.
• Provide functional and technical leadership during the design, testing, implementation and support phases for all EBS functionality.
• Collaborate with other IT managers to lead in the ERP strategic planning, including foster innovation, project planning, and negotiating the allocation of resources.
• Manage the support of day-to-day operations of finance systems working collaboratively with other IT staff to ensure stable operations.
• Drive the adoption of the ERP solution by executing on the technology vision for the ERP Platform
• Interaction with FP&A and Accounting teams to support the use of Oracle EBS and other integrated applications.
• Oversee timely support and issue resolution, most critically during the accounting close and financial planning cycles by coordinating with teams across the organization.
• Create and maintain up to date documentation for the Oracle EBS application.
• creation and implementation of process improvements which includes testing, validating and documenting change process.
• Planning and implementation of upgrades and patches.
• Collaborate with business teams to improve and expand Oracle EBS.
• Manage department budget and control expenses.
• Ensure compliance with all Corporate Policies and Procedures, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, and SOX requirements.
• Experience hiring and leading diverse teams

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology
• 15+ years of experience administrating and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and/or Oracle Fusion
• EBS Troubleshooting, Tuning, Disaster Recovery, Backups and Restore, Security
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
• Documentation of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
• Effective project management, process planning and implementation skills
• Strong accounting knowledge (chart of accounts, journal entries, T-accounts, impact to financial statements, EBITDA)

Base Pay Range:

$192,000 - $240,000 per year

Physical Requirements:

This position requires you to sit, stand and perform general office functions. You may also be required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Bending, stooping and reaching are also frequently required.
