Blackstone Real Estate Leaders (BREL) expands talent pools by introducing sophomore undergraduate students interested in real estate investing to the industry and Blackstone through on-the-job case studies, commercial real estate seminars, and technical and soft skills training. Students will learn from senior leadership and team members across a wide range of careers including equity and debt investing, asset management, fundraising, capital markets, and portfolio management.

Blackstone Real Estate Leaders is open to current sophomores (graduating in Fall 2027 - Spring 2028) who are interested in exploring a career in real estate.

Participation in the Program does not guarantee an interview or employment.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the 2026 Blackstone Real Estate Leaders (BREL) Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

· Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2027 – Spring 2028

· Available to attend the program in New York Monday, January 5 – Friday, January 9, 2026
