Sales Associate- Customer and 3rd Party Risk

About the Role: Sales Leadership is seeking a determined, outcome-focused Associate Sales Specialist to join the Customer and 3rd Party Risk (C3PR) AMERS Sales Team within LSEG Risk Intelligence. This individual will drive revenue growth in the fastest-growing division of LSEG by aggressively engaging with the market to identify and secure new high-value clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aggressively Pursue New Business: Identify and target high-potential prospects, leveraging a hunter mentality to secure new high-value clients.
- Support Emerging Book of Business: Focus on supporting an emerging book of business, spending most of your time selling into white space or to clients new to LSEG or new to LSEG Risk Intelligence C3PR.
- Acquire High-Value Customers: Develop and execute strategies to target and secure high-potential accounts, emphasizing the value of LSEG’s offerings.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Build and implement territory plans to achieve aggressive revenue growth targets, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Consultative Selling: Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer challenges and position our solutions across the entire Know Your Customer (KYC) journey.
- Collaborate Across the Organization: Partner with internal stakeholders, including Customer Consultants, Account Management, and proposition and marketing teams, to ensure the delivery of tailored, high-impact proposals and solutions.
- Meet Sales Activity Targets: Make 20 outbound sales contacts daily, conduct 2 customer meetings daily, and generate 5 new highly qualified opportunities per week.
- Achieve Sales Quotas: Exceed sales quotas.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in sales roles, ideally within the financial crimes compliance or risk intelligence industries.
- Expertise in selling high-value, complex solutions to financial institutions, government entities, or corporate sectors.
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills, with experience engaging senior-level decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities, build robust sales pipelines, and close deals.
- Exceptional communication and consultative selling skills, with a focus on delivering measurable value to customers.
- Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, revenue-focused environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Compensation/Benefits Information:
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $66,700 - $111,300.Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Variable Incentive Compensation plan. Target variable compensation will be commensurate with the posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
