�� Customer Service Professional with Croatian��

(Remote across Poland)

 

 

Your daily tasks:  

✅ Providing the highest level of customer service (Chat/E-mail/Phone);   

✅ Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the customer and management;  

✅ Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality; 

 

What do we expect from you?  

�� Language: Proficiency in Croatian (C2/native) and English (B2)

�� Experience: Cool if you have experience in medical project 

�� Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;   

�� Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic.
