Business Analyst, Junior

Key Role:

Apply organizational knowledge to participate in conversations with clients regarding the challenges they are currently facing. Develop an understanding of client administrative processes to assist with translating public health workflows into technical development requirements. Develop or contribute solutions to a variety of public health data challenges of varying scope and complexity. Participate in testing of developed solutions. Develop documentation regarding client challenges and subsequently develop solutions. This position is located in Atlanta, GA.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite software

• Ability to analyze and document business or workflow requirements and system touch-points

• Ability to research and analyze information and communicate work processes to audiences with varying levels of understanding through oral and written communication products

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service

• Knowledge of Palantir technologies, including Foundry

• Knowledge of Microsoft Power

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $41,200.00 to $84,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
