Supplemental Information
SUDPt Hourly Range: $21.00 - $27.56 Hourly ($43,680 - $57,324 annually) (Depending on experience and licensure)
SUDP Hourly Range: $24.00 - $35.00 Hourly ($49,920 - $72,800 annually) (Depending on experience and licensure)

Qualifications
Who should apply?
- Substance Use Disorder Professional Trainee Certification or Substance Use Disorder Professional Certification with Department of Health.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associates degree in Social Services, counseling is preferred.
- MAT experience preferred.
- Positive, solutions oriented clinicians
- Therapists skilled at engaging and motivating youth to achieve participation in services
- Ability to meet with clients and colleagues in homes and community locations as needed
- Valid driver’s license & current automobile insurance, reliable transportation with an acceptable driving record
