Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition and Operations

Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Manager to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) COE Leadership Team . This role will drive operational excellence across recruiting systems, processes, and programs, with a special emphasis on early-in-career talent pipelines. As a people leader, you will coach and develop recruiting leadership, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a high-performance culture. You will partner closely with TA leadership, HR stakeholders, and business leaders to deliver scalable, data-driven, and inclusive recruiting operations that support our growth and workforce planning goals.
Key Responsibilities:
TA Leadership:
- Oversee end-to-end operational strategy for Talent Acquisition, including process optimization, compliance, vendor management, and technology enablement.
- Oversee implementation and enhancement of recruiting platforms (e.g., CRM, scheduling tools, candidate sourcing tools, etc) to improve recruiter efficiency and candidate experience.
- Ensure seamless collaboration and alignment between TA Operations and frontline recruiting teams by managing the TA Manager and supporting execution of full-cycle recruitment strategies.
- Serve as the escalation point and strategic advisor for the TA Manager on complex recruitment challenges, systems optimization, and stakeholder engagement.
Early-in-Career Program Oversight:
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance for design and management of early-in-career recruiting programs, including internships, campus recruiting, and rotational programs.
- Ensure alignment of early talent strategies with broader workforce planning.
- Support teams in building strong partnerships with universities, student organizations, and internal stakeholders to strengthen talent pipelines and employer brand presence.
Data & Analytics:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track recruiting performance, pipeline health, and diversity metrics.
- Use data insights to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with TA COE leaders and associates, COE leaders and associates, HR leaders, HR partners, and hiring managers to align recruiting operations with business needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on recruiting best practices, compliance, and process improvements.
Project & Change Management
- Drive a standard TA project management lifecycle, ensuring consistent execution across initiatives and alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop and implement scalable project plans for new recruiting programs and tools, including milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Utilize project management methodologies to track progress, measure impact, and communicate updates to stakeholders at all levels.
- Lead cross-functional change management strategies to ensure adoption of new tools, workflows, and programs within TA and cross functionally with all COE’s.
- Drive change management efforts to ensure adoption and sustainability of new initiatives.
Leadership and Development
- Lead by example, energizing their teams and setting high standards for performance. They coach recruiters on best practices, foster continuous learning, and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions, facilitate training on tools, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement, and promote a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Identify and develop future leaders. Evaluate associate capabilities and ambitions, design development plans for high potential associates, and ensure readiness for expanded responsibilities.
- Drive performance excellence by leading Regal Rexnord talent and performance management processes, including SMART goal setting and alignment with strategic initiatives, mid-year coaching and values demonstration, year-end assessments and calibration, and merit-based recognition.
- Directly manage and develop the Talent Acquisition Manager, providing strategic guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure alignment with TA goals and operational excellence.
- Set clear expectations and development plans for the TA Manager, fostering leadership growth and succession readiness within the TA function.
Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 7 or more years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, or related HR project management roles.
