Your team

This role is for someone who enjoys the challenges of a fast-paced dynamic business and is seeking an experience that combines long-term project management with day-to-day deliverables. The Head of Advisory Governance will be able to think strategically and creatively and will be a contributing member of the team from day one.

Your expertise

• Excellent communication skills, with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, and the ability to succinctly convey information to senior leadership and other stakeholders
• Proven problem solver with the ability to work autonomously, or as part of a larger team
• Series 7 and 66 (or equivalent), or willingness to obtain required licenses within an agreed timeframe
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work on multiple initiatives at one time and re-prioritize daily
• Experience in managing a multi-person team, both in office as well as remote.
• ideally 10+ years in Wealth Management / Financial services; Advisory experience preferred and/or knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas: Investment Platforms, Advisory, Risk Management, Governance, Advisory Operations.

• versatile, and able to manage multiple concurrent priorities / projects
• Detail-oriented with structured, organized, and methodical planning skills
• Able to develop strong relationships with various stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a diverse working environment, comfortable with change and in navigating ambiguity

Salary information

US Only: The expected salary range for this role is $200000 to $250000 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Please see «Your role» section for detailed salary information.
