You will:</p> <h4><strong>End-to-End Design Ownership</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Lead the full design lifecycle for a key product area, from initial research and strategy to high-fidelity design and iterative improvements post-launch.</li> <li>Conduct user research to uncover deep insights into user needs, behaviors, and motivations. Translate these findings into actionable product recommendations and elegant solutions.</li> <li>Design and prototype detailed user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate and validate design concepts.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to define product strategy and deliver on both user and business goals.</li> <li>Be the voice of the user, clearly articulating design rationale and managing feedback cycles with key stakeholders throughout the discovery and development process.</li> <li>Leverage data and analytics to inform design decisions and strategically prioritize improvements for the overall product experience.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Design Craft &amp; Team Leadership</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Champion and contribute to our design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and adherence to best practices and accessibility standards.</li> <li>Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes, leading initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.</li> <li>Provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the growth and visibility of the design team.</li> <li>Stay current with the latest UX trends and technologies, particularly within the B2B SaaS space.</li> </ul> <p>Required Skills:</p> <h4><strong>Core Expertise</strong></h4> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful, user-centered design solutions for complex applications.</li> <li>A deep understanding of UX, visual, and interaction design principles, with a proven ability to apply them to solve business and user problems.</li> <li>Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Research &amp; Collaboration</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Proven ability to plan and execute both qualitative and quantitative user research to generate actionable insights that inform design decisions.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across all levels.</li> <li>Experience in workshop facilitation in both a remote and in person environment</li> <li>Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
