Lead, Operations (2nd Shift)
Schedule: Monday - Thursday; 4PM - 2:30AM
Pay: $18.95/hr + 6.25% Shift Differential ($20.13/hr)
Under the general direction of the shift supervisor, this person will be an active leader for employees. The distribution lead will work with supervisor to ensure that the daily workload is evenly distributed among the associates. They will also be responsible for monitoring and assisting associates.

- Lead, communicate, coach, and motivate, individuals and the shift team to meet and/or exceed day-to-day quality, efficiency, and organizations objectives.
- Ability to pro-actively plan, schedule, and execute multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to analyze, evaluate, design, and facilitate training program
- Monitor and assist associates performing a variety of duties related to warehousing, transportation, safety and inventory functions in the warehouse.
What do you need to succeed?
The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years related to production, warehouse and/or distribution center environment.
- Past leadership experience directing workflow and/or leading a group of employees.
- Ability to interact well with all levels of employees.
- Detailed oriented, organized, and effective at time management.
- Must be able to lead and train a high-performance team and achieve results and team goals.
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal direction.
- Excellent oral/written communication skills in English
- Computer knowledge and experience using RF scanners.
- Must have the ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work overtime and on opposing shifts as assigned; may be called on off hours.
- Ability to stand for entire shift and walk around the warehouse.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred.
- Familiarization with PKMS system.

Hiring Range:
$18.00 USD - $22.50 USD per hourIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
