<h3>Company Description</h3><p>Fifty years post the inception as a luxury hotel, following a multi-million Euro renovation, treasured brutalist architectural landmark Fairmont Golden Prague is <strong>unveiling in Spring 2025.</strong></p><p>Located in the Old Town at the gate of the prestigious Pařížská Boulevard and on the banks of the Vltava River, this heritage-listed icon is setting a global benchmark for luxury accommodation, cuisine and cultural immersion.</p><p>Balancing storied architectural features with a contemporary design aesthetic and curated artwork, Fairmont Golden Prague celebrates Czech art and glassmaking through its interiors, location and experiences.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Head of the Kitchen Department, responsible for ensuring that all visitors to the outlet are delighted by the quality, creativity, and variety of our food and beverage offerings.</li><li>Responsible for the oversight of all culinary dishes that are prepared in the outlet.</li><li>A successful Chef de Cuisine must be very knowledgeable about their specialty, as well as culinary functions in general.</li><li>A person in this role must also be very organized and comfortable working in a high-pressure environment.</li><li>A Chef de Cuisine must also be able to give orders within their section, as well as reliably carry out orders handed down to them by the Culinary Director.</li><li>Golden Eye will be our signature bar/lounge with the best drinks and cocktails in Prague, pared together with asian fusion/vietnamese cuisine.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Culinary education.Must have worked at least 5 years on same or similar position.</li><li>Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strongly committed to teamwork and customer service.</li><li>Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>More about Fairmont Golden Prague, our culture or benefits please see on our career website.</p><p>Please be aware that we don´t provide expat package.</p>
