Information Technology Service Engineer

This position is a key role in our IT organization, primarily responsible for global IT on- and off-boarding of employees, SOX compliance, single sign-on (SSO), account information updates, and multifactor authentication.  This role works directly with HR and IT team members to deliver a world class experience for employees entering the company.  This role is also responsible for removal of access from all IT systems during off boarding in compliance with SOX regulations. 

What you'll do:

• End-to-end management of an employee lifecycle as it pertains to IT
• Creation of user accounts, including but not limited to, Active Directory, Office365, Exchange, and various business applications
• Active involvement in SOX audits and compliance guidelines
• Update user account information in Active Directory and other systems
• Asset management and CMDB maintenance
• Hardware deployment as it pertains to on boarding
• Single sign-on (SSO) modifications and application integration
• Multifactor authentication user administration
• Creation and enforcement of processes and standards

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience 
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing on- and off-boarding in a global environment
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in provisioning various access accounts
• Ability to travel internationally up to 5%
• Ability to work flexible hours to support global businesses
• Strict and personal sense of accountability and ownership 
• Team motivator with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven vendor management experience
• Office365 administration experience 
• Technical experience supporting Active Directory
