We’re on the hunt for a Senior Financial Analyst who’s ready to dive into meaningful work, support big decisions, and have a little fun along the way. Our finance team is smart, supportive, and always up for a challenge (or a good spreadsheet pun).

Location: Ideal candidate residing in the West Michigan region with some remote work opportunities supporting Trinity Health Grand Rapids / Trinity Health Medical Group.

What You’ll Be Up To:

• Be a go-to advisor for leaders making big moves.
• Lead budgeting like a boss—capital, operating, and everything in between.
• Turn data into strategy using tools like Tableau, Workday & Peoplesoft.
• Help others “get” the numbers with clear, confident communication.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of healthcare finance experience.
• Excel wizardry and a love for digging into data.
• A team-first attitude and a knack for problem-solving.
