Broadridge is Growing! We are seeking an Implementation Lead to join a stellar team. The Implementation Lead is a senior resource within our professional services group (“PSG”). This role is responsible for requirements gathering, implementation of the SentryPM solution, configuration of the underlying modules, and conducting client training. They will have a background in investment management and/or loans processing and will have a good understanding of middle/back-office terminology and operational requirements particularly for private credit funds and other buy side entities.


Work-Mode: We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed.  This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation of SentryPM (Order Management, Portfolio Management, Direct Lending, Data Warehouse and Reporting) on behalf of clients.
  • Responsible for end-to-end project delivery capabilities including requirements gathering, defining scope, crafting and executing a project plan, identifying risks and dependencies, and aligning internal and client expectations throughout the life cycle of the project.
  • Prepare accurate project estimates and consistently meet expectations with a specific focus on quality and delivery efficiency.
  • Conduct and manage client on-site meetings, workflow, and technical trainings.
  • Document client-specific customizations and assist with training internal Support on client-specific workflows.
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously while meeting expected budget and deadlines.
  • Provide clients with consulting and advisory guidance based upon technological considerations and industry best practices.
  • Effectively work with various internal teams on client projects and company initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA in Business, Finance, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Extensive experience with financial institutions especially buy-side entities including funds.
  • Software implementation experience required.
  • Excellent and effective social skills along with good communication skills both verbal and written. Previous client facing experience required.
  • Order, loan processing, and portfolio management software implementation experience highly desired especially in multi-asset environments.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and the ability to identify project risks.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure and competing deadlines.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-growing team with the ability to be self-sufficient with strong initiative and work ethic.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving/decision-making skills.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and open to adapting to an ever changing and dynamic environment.

Salary Range: 110,000.00 – 125,000.00 USD annual
