About the role

Inizio Engage has a long-standing partnership with a leading Biotechnology company, across Commercial, Patient Solutions and Medical Affairs businesses. 

 The Regional Manager oversees a team of field based Clinical Educators who provide point-of-service support and who are the customer facing experts on the patient journey with patients and key healthcare providersThe Regional Manager manages and provides on-going coaching to the CEs in order to enhance disease knowledge, educate on appropriate and safe use of medication and injection device to enhance patient compliance and improve adherence. The Regional Manager oversees that the CEs have an in-depth understanding of the offerings of the clients patient support program and ability to develop supportive patient relationships by providing robust clinical education. 

 This is an educational support program in the area of neurology. The program is primarily patient facing designed with the needs of the patient while supporting the education provided by the healthcare professionals

What will you be doing?  

  • Develop 30/60/90-day Regional Launch Plan 

  • Manage field operations of Clinical Educators as key point person 

  • Conduct and document regular field visits with Clinical Educators 

  • Provide on-going coaching and direction to direct reports 

  • Take ownership for all region responsibilities 

  • Communicate to team, Client field-based leadership and internal Inizio staff 

  • Participate in team meetings and conference calls 

  • Prepare and confirm accuracy of all reports, spreadsheets and correspondence prior to distribution 

  • Demonstrate sound decision making and judgment 

  • Verify and validate project roster for any changes due to launch, realignment, transfers, up/downsizing, etc., as needed 

  • Ensure field team has all appropriate equipment and communications support 

  • Participate, as requested, in internal meetings to update progress and suggest positive solutions to specific issues and/or opportunities 

What do you need for this position?  

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work related experience (BSN Preferred) 

  • Active RN required
