Our senior software engineers work in an exciting, adaptive, and engaging environment enabling rapid learning to drive success.  Our senior software engineers utilize a variety of skills on a regular basis including requirements analysis, synthesis of new and existing architectures, development and delivery of high-quality mission critical software. This position will support the shaping of the future of NC3 defense systems for the armed forces.  This position is located onsite in Richardson, TX.  

 

 What You Will Do:  

• You will be an important part of a high-performing software team, collaborating with fellow Software engineers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Software Architects and other teams. 

• You will support requirements decomposition and derivation to produce Software Requirements. 

• You will be responsible for producing high quality mission critical software. 

• You will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers/interns.  

• You will be responsible for providing direct support to stakeholders, answering questions and solving technical issues. 

• Lead and participate in code and related artifacts peer reviews.
