Summary:
In this role, you will support a wide variety of savings initiatives related to healthcare technology management (HTM). You will deliver insightful data analysis of maintenance/management contracts and software application solutions which may include strategic recommendations, effective project management, performance improvements, and technical or clinical consulting expertise. You will also collaborate with HTM subject matter experts in creating and delivering detailed client analyses to drive performance improvement.
Responsibilities:
Review provider data via multiple data tools condensed into business improvement strategies.
Provide implementation support of savings focusing on performance targets and operational improvements.
Collect data from various provider source systems including patient financial, material management, and decision support.
Conduct analyses on spend, clinical, operational and performance improvement related data.
Create presentations using data and other relevant inputs such as interviews to drive an action for provider performance improvement.
Provide support to Directors on provider engagements including research, development of presentations meeting preparation, status report preparation, issue identification, and tracking and updating project budgets.
Deliver provider value using data and analytics to find savings and support the execution of RFPs and capital asset service contract aggregation.
Collaborate with other delivery streams to maximize provider/Vizient value including consulting, spend management optimization, complex data analysis, implementation support for operational software applications, development of performance balanced scorecards and management tools for providers to track progress in savings, key performance indicators, and managed service delivery.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred.
5 or more years of relevant experience required.
Experience in healthcare setting relating to biomedical, imaging, radiology, or laboratory highly preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Power BI is preferred.
Strong understanding of service and maintenance contracting and project management methodologies.
Strong understanding of relational database tools and ability to extract, analyze and present data in a meaningful manner.
Experience demonstrating business and financial insight, with the ability to quantify challenges and suggest alternative solutions.
Ability to present complex information in a detailed fashion utilizing Microsoft tools.
Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.

Estimated Hiring Range:
$88,900.00 - $132,250.00This position is also incentive eligible.
