About the role

Job Description

CSCI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) EDI/XML Data Architect to support the design, development, and implementation of complex integration solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise in Oracle EBS 12.x and a thorough understanding of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Extensible Markup Language (XML) standards. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical authority and provide innovative solutions to support business-critical processes.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of the contractor's support of all tasks within the PWS, including planning, organizing, staffing, directing, integrating, and controlling activities necessary for all tasks to meet schedule and performance requirements.
Manages all day-to-day operations including administrative functions, assessing risks, identifying assumptions, and resolving interpersonal conflicts.
Responsible for the duties, tasks, and activities required to make the program/project successful.
Actively participate in the management decision-making process
Communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders, including executive-level personnel
Leverage expertise in Oracle development tools including Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI/XML Publisher, Oracle Developer 2000, and PL/SQL
Lead requirements gathering, conduct fit-gap analyses, and design end-to-end business processes for integration flows
Serve as the subject matter expert for EDI and XML integrations within the Oracle E-Business Suite (version 12.x), providing technical direction and interpreting complex requirements
Manage the design and implementation of scalable EDI architecture solutions for both inbound and outbound data flows between third-party systems and Oracle EBS

Minimum Requirements

Active DoD security clearance (Secret or higher)
10+ years of experience in IT/logistics project or program management, specifically EDI/XML experience, supervisory experience
Must have five (5) years’ experience supporting DoD or Federal Oracle shared service providers on an Oracle EBS R12.2 platform or higher.
Must have experience in DoD logistics logistics-related function (e.g., finance, supply, contract administration, transportation, project management)
Must have experience using MS Project
Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving
Ability to work with clients to understand their needs
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional presence

Demonstrated ability to comply with data standards and policies
Motivation to learn new technologies and methodologies that demonstrate value
Past experience working with a federal agency
Department of Defense experience is a plus!
