We’re looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team in New York. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions are answered and concerns are resolved efficiently. This role requires a customer-focused individual with strong communication skills and a commitment to creating positive customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries in a professional manner.
• Maintain an organized record of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective problem-solving.
• Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers, assisting them with selections and services.
• Identify and escalate priority issues as necessary to the appropriate team members.

Qualifications
