Who You Are
As a Manager, Business Intelligence, you will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, test, and deploy a variety of data assets. You possess a strong working knowledge of SQL and Tableau and are ready to leverage your skills in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will be responsible for digging into the weeds on all the data we collect to build reports and provide actionable insights. You have demonstrated proficiency in manipulating large data sets, an ability to lead a team, and a willingness to work cross-functionally across an organization. This role is a high value add, a business partner, to the many departments throughout the organization, enabling data driven decision making. You will work with the departments to improve the overall understanding of our business and help solve complex problems as we continue to evolve.
Your Success Profile
What You Will Work On
- Build and maintain reports, models, and dashboards around these key metrics to monitor and improve performance
- Translate complicated analyses into actionable insights; communicate those insights clearly to partners in the Product organization
- Strategize data needs of the organization together with the other members of the Business Intelligence team
- Plays high impact hybrid manager / individual contributor role directing the work of high-level professionals and engaging frequently with senior management
- Manages relationships with Justworks stakeholders to provide monitoring, adoption, and insights for launched internal data projects
- Drives engagement by creating a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives
- Ensures accountability through holding yourself and others accountable to meet commitments
