Rate of Pay: $212,430/year - $257,000/year
Hours: Full Time; Mon-Fri (40 hrs/week)
Job Duties: Lead team of program managers to drive global program excellence for Finance Shared Services, including functions within Procurement, Real Estate, Travel, and Environmental Health and Safety. Lead the contingent worker procurement program and all aspects of RFPs for strategic business changes for lines of business. Establish procurement lifecycle processes for Anaplan and execute a tool strategy to support procurement strategies. Ensure compliance to procurement processes. Collaborate and develop strategic relationships with the business, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to support unified goals, and enable smart buying decisions. Manage and motivate staff to meet performance objectives. Accountable for company compliance to employee safety programs and environmental compliance. Conduct spend analytics to identify areas of opportunity for streamlining and consolidating spend and estimate production costs. Execute expense management policies and monitor reimbursement programs across the company. Lead company-wide travel program and ensure adherence to policies and spend parameters. Develop sourcing strategies and strengthen business partners relationships to support cross-functional team objectives. Provide input for areas of opportunity and make recommendations where applicable for projects, departments, or across the company for operational improvements and efficiencies. Liaise between internal partners, clients, suppliers, legal, and security/IT teams to quarterback projects, including developing the strategy, executing a contract, and reviewing purchases, product specifications, and project status. Document and communicate strategic sourcing process, including RFx, vendor evaluations, and day-to-day commercial contract negotiations across shared services. Communicate proactively with internal and external partners. Utilize benchmarks, quality control, and experience to find opportunities to optimize cost and improve service. Maintain supplier relationships with key players, monitor performance against Service Level Agreements and business expectations, and manage any remediation as required. Employee will supervise the work of 1 Procurement Operations Manager, 1 Procurement Operations Analyst, 1 Corporate Card Program Admin, Procurement Ops, 1 Manager, Expense Management, 1 Expense Specialist, 1 Sr. Global Travel Program Manager, and 1 Sr. Global Workplace Program Manager. Remote work is permissible.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering (any) or related quantitative field and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a sourcing/project management related occupation.
Special Requirements:
Five (5) years of experience must include:
- Leading global procurement technology-enabled process design and improvement using business excellence techniques, such as design excellence, and collaborating with peers, business stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure strong alignment to deliver elegant, easy-to-use solutions that meet business needs;
- Knowledge of operational procurement needs to ensure program changes satisfy the Source-to-Pay or Procure-to-Pay suite of business end-to-end;
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring appropriate technical program governance and championing the use of technology, automation, and data/insights to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and improved experience; and
- Handling cost reduction initiatives and category management, developing sourcing strategies, quality assurance, supplier risk mitigation/management, contract
