Job Details
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer for Moss-Magee Rehabilitation, this position is responsible for the complete oversight for inpatient rehabilitation programs. Additionally, the role manages administrative oversight for the designated area of specialty within Moss-Magee Rehabilitation. The leader in this position develops, coordinates, implements, and evaluates patient care and patient practices within the programs provided by Moss-Magee Rehabilitation and/or programs across Jefferson Health specific to Rehabilitation services.Provides day to day administrative management of JMMR Programs composed of a multitude of disciplines to ensure Programs meet quality, experience, utilization and financial key performance indicator.
Managed daily operations of Spinal Cord, Medical Rehab and Amputee Programs.
Develops Program Operating and Capital Budgets
As primary program owner- identifies new business opportunities
Builds and maintains relationship with referral sources to ensure needs of all stakeholders are being met.
Ensures Program Continuous Readiness for Joint Commission and Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities Surveys
Job Description
BS/BA Required, MBA/MHA Preferred
OR
Experience:
5+ years of experience in leadership position in post-acute sector overseeing patient care programs.
Working knowledge of EMR with a minimum of 5+ years in area of specialty.
