JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ability to set-up and operate a variety of machines according to standard including:  abrasive size, heat shape, splitting and coiling
• Completion of SPC charts
• Perform all required inspection/quality checks on the rings
• Meet or exceed expected productivity levels for the area
• Set-up and check dimensions using applicable gaging
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math, read blueprints, and read applicable measuring devices
• Adherence to the Steel Cell Job Instruction
• Any other duties as assigned

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Standing                100%
• Lifting                      50 lbs maximum with frequent lifting/carrying of up to 20 lbs
