Job Description

Providing preventive maintenance, repairs, replacement, lifecycle upgrades and installation to meet equipment deficiencies, assessed security vulnerabilities, of Physical Access Control System (PACS) and any new/additionally installed GSA system components to support the facility’s Closed Circuit Video Equipment (CCVE), Intrusion Detection System (IDS), voice intercom system (VIS), and associated supporting equipment and wiring that are part of the Ronald Reagan Building Complex as requested. 

• Must have strong oral and written communications skills 
• Practice good safety measures with tools and equipment 
• Have a working knowledge and understanding of PACS hardware, intrusion detection, CCTV equipment and public address systems 
• Candidate must have the technical experience and familiarity with specific ESS platforms to support the following systems: C*CURE 9000 Access Control, Hirsch Velocity, and Bosch Video Management System
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment/software and established troubleshooting techniques to isolate network deficiencies, equipment failures and operational anomalies 
• Ability to read, interpret electrical schematics and architectural drawings 
• Adhering to all Company and Client policies and procedures 
• Windows based operating systems, intermediate level proficiency 
• Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), intermediate level proficiency 
• Other duties as assigned 
   

Qualifications

• Top Secret Clearance
• NICET certification 
• PSP certification
• Minimum 5 years of experience on maintenance and repairs on ESS systems
