Follow Zones, LLC on X @Zones, and LinkedIn and Facebook.Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our sales organization – including inside sales, field sales and pre-sales. You will also support the IT organization and leadership throughout North America. This strategic role is key to driving a high-performance culture, aligning people strategies with business objectives, and supporting leaders in maximizing the effectiveness of their teams. As the HR Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with Sales and IT leadership to provide consultative guidance on talent development, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.What you’ll do as the Human Resources Business Partner - Sales:
- Partners with Executive Sales Leadership and their respective direct reports to define short-term and long-term organization development requirements (workforce planning, development, culture, etc.).
- Drives successful execution of new initiatives, including the rollout of commercial initiatives and programs focused on organizational and cultural change
- Partners with global HR colleagues, HR Services, Talent Acquisition and business leaders to create focus on business goals, including delivery of organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
- Leverages business acumen to partner with business leaders effectively.
- Provides effective project management within organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
- Bachelor’s degree required. Degree holder in Business, HR Management, or equivalent degree. MBA and software company experience preferred.
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 human resources experience required and 2+ years’ working with senior leaders at the vice president and above level is preferred
- Strategic mindset, strong business acumen, executive presence, strong communications skills, and influencing capabilities.
- In depth knowledge of HR functional programs including Talent Development, Total Rewards, Succession Planning, Leadership Review, Organizational Development, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Change Management as well as Workforce Planning to people plans specific to business needs.
- Ability to work effectively across functional lines in a global, matrixed environment.
- Experience managing employees in multiple locations as well as collaborating with extended HR teams preferred.
- Demonstrates genuine interest in colleagues, the company, and industry.
- Ability to retain and convey a positive attitude in challenging circumstances.
- Strong team orientation and ability to collaborate with other HR members.
- High sense of urgency and influential leadership to drive results.
