Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Product Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, software development, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record of delivery. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, enhance user experience, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the platforms, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer demands.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, cyber and other internal stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features and deliver high-quality products.

• Technical Expertise: Leverage technical knowledge to communicate effectively with engineering teams and understand the implications of technical decisions on product development.

• User Experience: Advocate for the end-user by gathering feedback, conducting user research and analyzing usage data to inform product enhancements.

• Project Management: Oversee the product development lifecycle, including planning, execution and delivery, ensuring efforts are completed on time and within budget.

• Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities and potential risks, adjusting the product strategy as necessary.

• Stakeholder Communication: Present product updates, roadmaps and performance metrics to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.

• Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related role, with a focus on technical products or platforms.

• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for stakeholders.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).

• Familiarity with cloud technologies and APIs is a plus.
