Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

The opportunity

 

The role is for a passionate Senior UX/UI Designer who can take up opportunities in UX/UI Design, ideally with focus on web application design and Design System. You will work on projects and proposals for Innovation & Experience Design, support the team in facilitating vision-stating workshops, assess and build innovative products and services or create Visual Design for successful MVPs, Prototypes, Products & Interactions.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

• Lead end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery
• Translate user insights, business goals and technical constraints into clear, effective design solutions
• Create customer journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs
• Develop and maintain design systems
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers and other stakeholders to define and implement solutions
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders

• Be proficient in user-centered design principles and UX research methods
• Have an open mind, be proactive, deep dive into the challenges and be eager to constantly learn and self-develop 
• Have the ability to employ agile methods and work with the team to create and deliver designs, UI & UX offerings
• Have a passion for design and eagerness to iterate on design solutions
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in UX/UI design

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

• Proficiency in English (oral and written)
• 3+ years of proven experience in designing UX/UI
• Proficiency in using Figma
• Experience in designing web applications
• Experience in creating and governing Design Systems
• A strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design work

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

 

• Proficiency in German or French
• Knowledge of User Research, Innovation, Usability Tests, Analytics & Metrics, Heuristic Evaluations or Prototyping
• Experience in working with Mural/Miro, prototyping tools, and graphical software, e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator
