About the Role
The Senior HR Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all human resources functions across the Kenshō portfolio. This role ensures that HR strategy supports business objectives while fostering a high-performance, people-centric culture aligned with Kenshō’s values of elegance, authenticity, and excellence.
The position requires a strategic yet hands-on HR leader with strong knowledge of Greek labor law, luxury hospitality operations, and seasonal workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and brand values.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on workforce planning, organizational design, and people performance.
- Oversee recruitment for all hotel and F&B operations, including senior leadership and seasonal staff.
- Ensure effective onboarding, training coordination, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support succession planning and leadership development across the group.
- Ensure full compliance with Greek labor law, collective agreements, and internal policies.
- Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution with professionalism and discretion.
- Manage performance management frameworks and appraisal processes.
- Oversee compensation structures, benefits administration, and incentive schemes.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and codes of conduct across properties.
- Support annual budgeting related to headcount, payroll, and HR costs.
- Promote Kenshō’s culture of inclusivity, professionalism, and service excellence.
- Support initiatives related to employee engagement, well-being, and retention.
- Strengthen employer branding in collaboration with marketing and leadership teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 7–10 years of HR leadership experience, preferably within luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands.
- Strong knowledge of Greek labor law and seasonal employment practices.
- Proven experience managing HR across multiple locations or departments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fluency in English and Greek required.
